As the Director of Global Resourcing at Escalon, my experience has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Since I started, I’ve seen continuous improvements: new systems, processes, and tools are making my job easier every day. There’s a strong focus on making the business more efficient, profitable, and a genuinely great place to work. This focus has also reduced much of the complexity you might expect from a very dynamic, global workforce. This is a place where you can bring your best practices and make a meaningful impact. Although we’re fully remote, this isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll need to actively collaborate and engage with your team. That’s what makes Escalon exciting: the chance to make a difference, connect with talented colleagues, and contribute to the company’s growth. The benefits and flexible time-off policy are excellent, and working from home has given me back the hours I once spent commuting, allowing me more time with my family and two young daughters.

With Escalon’s growth and leadership, there’s a sense of opportunity and room to innovate. We’re at a pivotal point where there’s plenty of work to be done, and I’m excited to be part of that journey.
